Ryan Trocinski is a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he leads strategy and transformation efforts in a variety of sectors including hospitality and retail. With deep expertise in organizational change, growth strategy, and digital enablement, Ryan partners with leaders to implement sustainable, high-impact solutions.

Ryan is a committed advocate for social impact, bringing analytic rigor and strategic vision to his volunteer roles and board service. At The OWN Project, he contributes to governance, long-range planning, and leveraging strategic networks to amplify reach and efficacy.

Outside of his professional and nonprofit roles, Ryan is passionate about travel, mentorship, and exploring the great state of Colorado. He holds a Bachelor's degree with highest honors in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
