Doula Services

Support Before, During, and After Birth

Having a doula by your side can make all the difference. Our partner doulas provide physical, emotional, and informational support through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. They are trained advocates and nurturing guides through some of life’s most transformative moments.

The OWN Project offers full or partial scholarships to help cover the cost of birth and postpartum doula services.

Doula support may include:

  • Birth planning & preparation

  • Continuous support during labor

  • Postpartum care & recovery support

  • Feeding + sleep guidance
